Orama has a number of highly versatile spaces that can be easily configured for any event… church camp or conference, school group, ministry school, corporate group or family groups. From the abundant native bush to the beautiful bay and picturesque walking tracks, Orama is a hub of inspiration and adventure, starting with its own backyard.

GROUP ACCOMMODATION
We have various accommodation options for group bookings:

Lodge Rooms
The lodge provides a mix of double, queen, twin share, and single rooms. These rooms have shared facilities inside the lodge – A well-equipped guest Kitchen, Showers, Toilets & a large sea-facing lounge area with a wood burner fireplace and couches.
Linen is supplied however a per person linen surcharge applies for stays of two nights or less.
For the safety and comfort of others, smoking is not permitted in your room or in any Orama buildings. Alcohol may only be consumed in your room but not in any public or shared space (see Site Rules for further details).
Bunk Rooms
Our lodge has three rustic bunkrooms.
The largest bunkroom is on the second floor and sleeps up to ten people. Our two downstairs bunkrooms, each cater for up to four people. All the bunk rooms rely on our shared kitchen and bathroom facilities in and surrounding the lodge.
Linen can be supplied at an additional cost, however, each bed has a mattress protector and a pillow.
Historic Whalers Cabins
Our twin-share cabins are dotted up the hillside and face west giving uninterrupted views of the bay and the islands beyond. The view from the verandah of the top-most cabins is the best on the property to see the sunsets.
The cabins are tidy, but rustic and are ideal for tramping groups or those desiring a measure of independence and privacy.
Each cabin has two single beds, a shared verandah, and is closely located by shared bathrooms. Linen can be supplied at an additional cost, however, each bed has a mattress protector and a pillow.
Guests also have use of our shared guest kitchen & BBQ Space.
