Whether you prefer the independence of self-contained living or the camaraderie of shared facilities, you’ll find your perfect base where breathtaking nature seamlessly meets comfort and community.

  • Seaside Cottage

    Peak: $265/night.
    Off-Peak: $220/night.
    Perfect for couples, our Charming Seaside Cottage. In a private setting, right on the beachfront this newly renovated cottage is perfect for couples and quality time.

  • Seaview Units

    Peak: From $265/night.
    Off-Peak: From $220/night.
    Set right on the waterfront we have two Seaview Units side by side with a shared veranda. Perfect for individual hire, or book them both for a larger group, and BBQ’s on the deck!

  • Self Contained 3 Bed

    Peak: $350/night.
    Off-Peak: $300/night.
    Overlooking the park grounds, and the bay! Perfectly positioned for the family, this three bedroom full size house fits Mum, Dad and four kids … and space to squeeze in a trundle bed if necessary!

  • Cabins

    All Seasons: $110/night.
    Extra Guests: $20/night.
    Commonly considered the “Best view in the bay” our Historic Whalers Cabins may not have all the extras, but they have the basics, and the outlook, all priced for the budget. Shared bathroom facilities, and access to the Rose Cottage Guest Kitchen not too far away.

  • The Lodge

    All Seasons: $110/night.
    Extra Guests: $20/night.

    The lodge welcomes you with a variety of thoughtfully appointed accommodations, including double, queen, twin share, and single rooms, each offering access to inviting shared spaces throughout the property. Gather in the fully equipped communal kitchen to prepare meals together, refresh in the shower and toilet facilities, or unwind in the expansive oceanfront lounge where panoramic sea views complement the warmth of a crackling wood-burning fireplace and thoughtfully arranged seating areas.

  • Tent Sites

    All Seasons: $18/per person

    Our tent sites at Karaka Bay are in prime position for sunset! Bring your own tent and set up your perfect site. Shared bathroom facilities, and access to the Rose Cottage Guest Kitchen not too far away.
